Thermostat 2014 GMC Sierra 1500

I've changed my thermostat about five times now and of
course it is running hot again. What could be causing this
to happen?

Have you tried flushing the radiator? Is the cooling fan working properly? Check water pump? Any leaks? Low oil could also cause an engine to overheat
