I have a 1984 Chevy Camaro and it runs
fine however when I drive it n stop at light
for a while n it idles for a bit the check
engine light will pop up but then turn off as
soon as I start moving. Any idea as to what
it could be?

Read the trouble code. Look up how to read GM OBD1 codes.
