my stealth had a starting problem years ago. Put in and turn the key and nothing.....eventually will turn over and start. Its not the starter

I would check clutch pedal switch. Also the selinoid wire on the starter has a tendency to become loose or dirty with age.(#12 size wire with female connector on starter.). If those check ok I would then look at ignition switch.

Check your ground cable off the battery. I had the same problem, the ground just needed to be replaced and it fixed everything!
