I have a 1985 cadillac eldorado and i need the back plastic peice on top of the back bumper..best place to get it??? Also how hard are these 4.1 liters on gas for the freeway

Go to the bone yard for that part. As for the 4.1 you should hardly see a gas station. Because that engine will cause it to be in the shop most of time. If you want to keep the car get the 4.5 liter engine. It will bolt right in.
