Did you ever find one? I'm in need of the lower shaft and it's not manufactured by anyone I can find online.

I am in the same boat....cant figure out why they make them for other years, but for these earlier ones, no good.

I spoke with a Borgeson rep and emailed back and forth with pictures. He thought he had what I needed. I was just going to do the entire assembly. They even have the collapsing shaft for collisions. I thoroughly explained all the details of the u joints and even sent the pictures I mentioned above. Clearly one has a double spline(master) and the other has a larger flat spot and spline the remaining circle. Guess what? The new parts were wrong. Since learning the proper terminology and stuff I am able to search other places. Amazon actually carries some! I just returned the summit racing parts and will make an attempt at picking one of those out. I'm at a point that I can reuse the upper and just replace the DD shaft with a cut to fit and replace the lower if I can ever find it.
