I just replaced my starter and now it just spins when I try to turn on the car.

It only does this once an a while. I have a 1987 volvo 740 non-turtbo. Does anyone know
what this problem is? I think the mechanic might have connected the wires wrong. Does
anyone know how to wire up a starter or what I should tell the mechanic?

Go to mechanic services, and than your starter give to mechanic for services don't buy again. http://www.natamcancer.com
