my car is running horrible i cant hardly drive it down the road with out it wanting to die, the motor is running hard and blowing white smoke out the exaust any ideas

Sounds like it could be a head gasket problem... or worse a cracked head or block. I'd get it checked out right away! White smoke usually means the engine is burning anti-freeze. Not good.
