Why does the 15 amp fuse for the heater module keep breaking every time the passenger door is closed

ground to the chassis wire is buggered up with corrosion, service this one (wirebrush till metal) and service the high amperage lug goin' to the motor as well. May as well hose off and do the positive side anyways, while you've still got your safety glasses, mask and gloves on...

Markuus, breaking in what way? Are you saying i the fuse burns open from excessive current? Are you saying something is hitting the fuse and snapping it? Either way, I don't think it's corrosion on the battery.
