Dodge Caravan 1994 headlights not working.

The high beams stopped working this morning and the bulbs are good. Both
filaments in the bulbs are good. (I tested) Checked the 10A fuse under the
dash and it is good however there is no power to it.  The switch turns on the
parking lights and the bell signaling that the door is open but nothing for the
headlights. Where is the headlight relay?  It not under the hood with the rest
of them. Is there anything else it could be?  Thanks.

Bend the large pins to the side slightly on the headlight controller using dielectric grease plug it back in and see if that works.
