It could be from the sunroof. It shouldn't be draining into the well.

The Zs leak alot... The tube should be going outside, Its the T top drain hose. Check to make sure that the seal on the rear hatch, the 1/4 window seals and the tail light seals aren't leaking... Have someone outside the car spray water and look at all those places. You will find your leak.
my spare tire well had 3" of water in it. I wonder if this tube is draining into the well? any thoughts?
