Passenger side wiper problem

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

when the wipers are turned on the drivers side works fine.  the passenger turns
on but is intermittent when on low or high.  Don't think that is a motor issue
maybe a linkage issue?

Either the wiper arm is stripped at the peg, or if there is a bolt holding the wiper arm on, it may be loose. Just tighten it up.

Tried that still does not work right. When you turn it on does not if in intermittent, low or high it only runs in intermittent. Thinking its the control module.
