Power loss

New Battery installed in my 2013 Fiat 500 Sport.
No lights, radio, horn etc. No power whatsoever!
Even key locked in ignition!!  At least had dash
lights on w/old battery.  H E L P !!!

Double check the battery connections. Did you hook the battery up backwards?
