Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2012 Fiat 500 that is having
electrical problems. Car won't start hanged
starter still nothing recently when I turn the
key everything was dim like battery was
dead battery is brand new but I noticed after
the key was out a buzzing sound from under
hood and read online possible relay trying to
get power from battery? I've tested relay
with multimeter for continuity it seems to
have it but didn't hear a click sound as I
thought I was supposed to not sure. Does
anyone know where the relay control
module is? Is it just the relay fuse itself or
an I looking for something else? Is it
possible for my fuse box itself to have a
short or would it just be a fuse? Kinda
confused. I know there is short somewhere
as the brake fuse was blowing everytime I
hit brake now that's changed and is no
longer blowing fuse. Any help would be
awesome. Hopefully this made sense.

OK found the relay control module. It seems I have a problem with the bcm when doing a test for a parasitic draw the fuse for bcm artists to be the problem. Some electrical problem Y us is time to give fiat a visit

I had the same problem. Right now the problem is so major with fiat the module is on back order. Thank God it’s still under warranty. It happened at 41,000 miles
