hr-v mileage dropped after service

The dealer adjusted/cleaned my throttle housing /throttle body induction service.  Mileage dropped from 28-31mpg to 20-27mpg.  Any suggestions on how to improve.

It's been about 4,000 miles but started immediately after the service. I do a mix of highway (70%) and local errands (30%). Hasn't changed since before the service.
