your solenoid for the washer fluid is stuck or the switch for the washer is stuck ON . you can pull the connector off the wiper motor for the washer .. its the one with only two wires in the connector ... youll have to supply your own washer fluid from a squeeze bottle but it works !!
I pulled off the 2 wire clip but the pump still pumps!
