First determine why the battery needed to be recharged f the charging system is not keeping the system voltage up the vehicle won't run correctly. After that, the vehicle is relearning all the parameters it needs to run you may have to nurse the throttle for a while until it learns how to start and run

The vehicle was running no problems parked it and it wouldn't start back they cranked it until they ran the battery down trying to start it since I posted the last message that it ran great parked it and it wouldn't start back i reset the security and everything it started right up ran great parked it and it won't start back unless I pull the yellow Fuse in the dash to reset it

What does that fuse control? Is it the security system or the engine controls?
