Truck dying when coming to stop

Truck will start up and run fine for a little while. Then truck
will die when slowing down and coming stop. Has problem
starting back up but eventually starts up. Repeats

Check to see if your fuel pressure is up to specs. Could be a clogged fuel filter or weak fuel pump. Also, check the catalytic converters to make sure they aren't clogged
