I had a stero put in and now when i turn on
my lights my dashboard want light up i only
have break light no tail lights i checked and
re check and change out all the fuss es and
bubs and blows the 20 fuess i even had the
stero taken out and redone and its still doing
the same thing

Someone installed an AMP I bet drawing too much current and blowing your fuse(s), especially if they tapped into another circuit instead of running a new dedicated circuit for the new amp/speakers.
