99 dodge durango slt 4x4 transmission problem

i got this truck in march the transmission crapped out on the way home had it replaced and it won't shift passed 2nd still (won't shift passed 30 mph) the guy who replaced the transmission said he tried 3 different transmissions with the same result everytime.  Any ideas on what we can do next to get her to move?
