If I had to guess when you put the new one on the battery I'm talking about my model has a red button on the interior when you open the driver's door stick your head down and look up there's a red safety switch you might have to push that while turning the car on to reset the battery if that doesn't work you probably have to take it in to get the code reset unless you have that fixd app. I had an issue like that with my 99 caravan but in my case the car wouldn't turn on with the new battery until I did that hard restart and mine's a base model it doesn't have any of that fancy stuff it's just a regular straight caravan 6-cylinder 3.3
