The battery light on my 2005 Dodge Caravan is on. I recently replaced the
alternator. What could be the cause? Battery is about 2 & 1/2 years old.

Could be the alternator or wiring. Stop by an auto parts store near you and ask them to test the battery and the alternator. This is usually a free service.
