Accelerating Vibrations

Asked by Evan Nov 06, 2022 at 02:30 PM about the 2013 Chevrolet Impala LTZ FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2013 Impala vibrates when first accelerating from
a stop, it goes away as more pressure is applied to
the gas. If I have my foot on the gas lightly it will make
a buzzing noise and I can feel the pedal vibrating too.
The noise comes and goes while driving. Does
anyone know what would cause this?

It could be a number of things. Can you test it with the car in park and the hood up and someone pushing n the accelerator? Could be Misfires, worn pulleys, etc.
