My 2000 Dodge Durango keeps running hot. The thermostat, belts, hoses, radiator have all been replaced. I was told that I need to get my exhaust system checked because that could cause the problem.

Could that cause the truck to overheat? I don't want to keep putting money into the truck if that is not going to fix it.

I don't mean to discourage you but if you over heated the engine you may have cause the head gaskets to fail. Sometimes the engine gets so hot that the heads get warp just enough to cause problems, hope this helps..good luck.
