Engine nocking

I I just bought my Kia 2013 optima 2 months ago and I got
engine filler and knocking making sound and not running
anymore I called the Kia dealership and they told me my car
is out of the warranty and it has only 84,000 miles.?

I thought Kia was 100000 miles or isnt Kia's warranty transferable from one owner to another ?

Think yoiu are in a tough spot then . Been seeing a lot of reports of engine failures out of kia's lately before 100k along with fires and other issues.
