Electrical Problems

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Battery went dead due to inactive use for extended period. Charged at low
rate using the remote battery terminals in engine compartment. Got battery
to about 9 volts and tried to start. engine turned over but weakly. Hooked
up my trucks battery to remote battery terminals and tried to jump start.
Again engine turned over but did not seem to be turning over strongly.
Decided to remove battery to take in to have tested. After I got battery out I
decided to charge some more and got to a 12 volt charge. Put battery back
in and now I have no electrical at all. Can you help please ?

Step 1. Replace battery with new battery. the low voltage disrupts the entire system! Wait this is 2013 under warranty? check the dealer. 3 yr/36,000 mi basic, 5 yr/100,000 mi powertrain
