Major electrical problems

PLEASE HELP ASAP!

First off my headlight come on and stay on after starting
truck. The also stay on after shutting truck off. Only way
to get them to shut off is click the vertical wheel(the one
beside done override) upwards, then they'll go off, usually.
I no idea what's going on.
Second, my dome lights/interior lights would stay on
constantly, driving, sitting, turned off. I pulled the CTSY
LP fuse to "fix" that problem.
And third, my security message blinks like usual when
truck is off and goes off when you shut the door. But as
soon a I lock the doors the message stays lit up. I'm no
electrician, that's why I'm having so much problems. I
hate messing with electrical.
