Not getting fluids to break brakes

I'm not heating fluids to the brakes the
pedal goes to the floor so what do I do

it could be the master cylinder/power booster that is the root of the problem. good mechanic should be able to evaluate and give you a quote. go for a new one and shy away from rebuilt or used components.
