What are these yellow/orgage spots popping
up over my bumper? It started with these and
now it appears my paint is beginning to
bubble/peel.

Rust on a plastic bumper? Apply a clay bar or used chemical to protect your paint.These scratches mostly viewed on White & Blue color variant.
