Mode door problem, either a bad servo motor or a broken door itself.

Right side blend door is stuck on the hot side; won't move to cold. It's probably a defective actuator. Move the temperature controls from hot to cold and listen for clicking to find the actuator. It's behind the dash and the glove box.

Have you tried resetting the ac module by simultaneously pressing the defrost and climate control power buttons and then pressing the climate control power button two more times? There are several youtube videos on how to do this. We have the same issue with our Edge and this reset gets it working fine for another few weeks.
