Why doesn't the trunk door using my foot not work? It use to??

My 2013 trunk door use to
open with my foot being put
under the car. It stop doing
that a few years ago. The
mechanics dont have an
answer. Can you help me?

My guess would be that a sensor under the back bumper has stopped working. Let your local Ford Dealer fix it for you. Some gas station garage or chain type of store mechanic will have no idea of how to fix something like this! Hope that helps! Jim
