Mustang blinkers

My passages side right tail light doesn’t do the
same sequential pattern as my left side, only two
of the lights blink and they go fast but when I
brake all three light up? And on my dash the right
side blinker goes much faster as well. Should I buy
a new tail light or it there a new wire I can
purchase?
