Is your alternator putting out the correct volts AND amps? If it is even close to the bottom of the spec, you could be seeing or experiencing these performance or electrical blurbs. I had this happen to me on an alternator that was putting out 13.2 volts which was the bottom of my vehicle's spec scale.

Also make sure all your grounds are good with clean contact points. Start at the battery. I would disconnect the negative battery cable while doing this. Very important!
