2012 Ford F1 50 oil pressure sending unit

My oriole pressure drops to zero when I
stop at stop lights and when I push the gas
it goes back up to normal wondering if it
could be the oil pressure sending unit or
something else but it does it when it
warms up

You need to get the oil pressure checked properly. Guessing about it with the engines that are available in that truck gets expensive quick.

Check with the dealership, the vehicle should still be in warranty.
