4 where is the car alarm reset button for a 2003 Dodge Stratus

My alarm went off and it will not shut off I do not have the
fob for it where is the reset button I'm curious

I'm having this same problem with the same car!! I don't know how to reset it! I cannot drive it because the lights are flashing. The only reason the horn isn't going off is because I pulled 2 relays and a fuse from under the hood, disconnected the positive battery terminal too! It's been 3 days and I would like my car back considering it's my only transportation at the time. So if you figured it out, could ya help a single mother out?! PLEASE??
