I have a 2003 Dodge Durango all windows and lock switches quit working someone said there is a main wiring harness that runs everything in the driverside door is that true already checked fuse panel.

Best bet would be to carefully remove the driver door panel. There is a wiring harness that plugs into the switch panel (window and door lock switches). The connector may have just come loose.

It is probably not the harness, it is likely either the connection (less likely) or a bad switch. You can find a used switch on EBay or buy a new one.
