Note the diagram, I can only help with testing. Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good, on all ends, not just at the battery. Have you had the battery disconnected? Do you have any electricals, do lights works. Check applicable trouble codes, I saw some codes that related to starter circuits. I see a couple of fuses in the diagram, not only check fuses, use a test light and check voltage at fuses. The start fuse goes hot when start relay is energized. Two voltage circuits at starter motor, one is hot all the time, the other circuit goes hot when start relay is energized. The starter motor grounds through engine block. You can unplug starter relay, use jumper wire between cavities 30 and 87, the starter motor should crank the engine. If you try that, make sure the tranny is in park or neutral and parking brake is set. If it cranks, that tells us something. The diagram is part of starter motor diagram. If you fix one system it may or may not fix the others? You need to start testing, somewhere.
