Check engine light ant trac control light on

Asked by Justin Nov 17, 2016 at 09:48 AM about the 2012 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab 4WD

Question type: General

Was involved in a little fender bender hit from
behind and thought nothing of it. I left the car
running while exchanging information and drove off
to work. After work I started my truck and the check
engine and trac control light are now on. Could the
fender bender have caused this?

It could it may have shaken something loose, take it it to Auto Zone and have the read for free and see what codes are coming up. Make sure you call you insurance company and tell them what is going on just in case you to put a claim in for the damage.
