Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was involved the car accident
yesterday the point of impact,
where she hit me was on the
drivers side back seat door which
is heavily damaged and now
anytime the car is in
motion/moving/accelerating etc.
The car safety feature warning
sounds four door open
continuously stay on until the car
is stopped or put in park and
turned off! It's really annoying so I
was wondering how do I disable a
safety alert sounds for door not
being closed while car is in
motion? Please someone help!

The sensor/switch is staying open because the car thinks the door's open. Get the car fixed and it will stop. If you can get the door open, search for the switch in the door jamb and block it closed. Otherwise the switch is in the door latch and you might be able to cut a wire to it, but then you'll have to fix that, as well.
