Jeep GRAND Cherokee radio not working.

My jeep 2012 grand Cherokee Am/fm stop working
all of a sudden. CD player, satellite and aux still
works but it's pause every 5 seconds by making a
popping sound.  When it pause the volume doesn't
work until the pause is over. So upset about this.

I’m experiencing same thing. Jeep service wants me to pay diagnostic fee. They should know what’s Wrong. My private mechanic suggests it Cheaper to put in new radio from a Best Buy
