Buy a repair book, locate. firing order, make you have it correct. Replace spark plugs and plug wire set, test coils

It has new wires new plugs new coil pack new camshaft sensor new throttle positioning sensor new fuel pump assembly and things have gotten better once we change the camshaft sensor in the throttle positioning sensor but it's still doing the same thing first it was reading missing cylinder 1 and then once we replaced the plugs wires and so the plugs wires in the coil pack then it moved to missing cylinder 2 this car is driving me crazy and at this time I can't afford to get a book I'm barely affording to fixing the car right now times are hard

Other than the causes for misfire codes to appear like dirty fuel injectors, vacuum leak, leaky valve or valve seal, loss of compression, the others you addressed should of covered most other possibles but with todays new parts I question the new parts somewhat mostly because the mis-fire is now on cylinder 2. But I would also to a compression leak down test on all the cylinders to rule out loss of compression, if it does it does not mean the engine is bad completely it just likely means the head needs rebuilt and new head gasket. I would first test those coils. maybe swap the #2 spark plug to a different cylinder and see if mis-fire follows, then doing the same with a plug wire. See if you can clean the throttle body and IAC by removing them, cleaning with nylon brushes of all sizes and throttle body cleaner, re-installing with new gaskets, cleaning out the PCV, Searching all vacuum lines for leaks, putting it the fuel tank some injection cleaner and checking the seals around the injectors or you could also get new seals in a kit for the injectors to rebuild them with new screen filters and o'rings, this can help too but if fuel injector is clogged internally it wont, unless they are replaced.
