Van wont start lights come on but nobody's home everything else works fine rven had battery tested chatged advanced said its not my battery

Battery is good van wont start all works turn the
key it all shuts off but no crank no sound no
nothing what do i do was running ok once in a
while the starter did sound like it would grind B4
this happened

Turned out the guy that put the starter on had it hooked up wrong yeah apparently you can hook it up wrong a wire or cable in the wrong place
