MY BATTERY LIGHT AND ABS LIGHTS ARE ON.
CAR WON'T START WHEN I JUMP IT I WILL START
BUT ONCE UNPLUG IT CUTS OFF

Sounds like a bad alternator, have the alternator checked. Also need to have the battery charged and checked, it could be shorted out.
