You'll want to check a few things for this. First check fuses there should be one in the under hood fuse box and one in the cabin fuse box. If those are good then apply 12v direct power to the blower motor to make sure it is good. (should be under the passenger glove box, if it spins from direct power you know it's good) There will also be a resistor pack in that circuit that can be bad, should be near the blower motor, just remove it and inspect it for burn marks etc. Lastly have you noticed any issues with the thermal control knobs? Specifically the fan speed knob? Sometimes the connector on the back of this can fault from heat in the circuit but i would check this very last as can be a pain to get to.
