My Acura TL 2009 cranks up and then turns off.

My Acura TL 2009 starts cranks up and then it
turns off , it is a push start ignition. I’m not sure
what’s the problem if there’s someone here who
can help me I’ll appreciate dearly.

When it does this do you see a green flashing key shaped light in the dash near the engine light? If so I would check the key fob batteries as the key fob has to signal to the ignition before the car will allow you to start.
