Low humming.

2012 Chrysler T&C touring....a.c. is
warm...low humming when it either hear or
a.c. is on. Would a recharge help?

Hmm could this be due to someone removing the cabin air filter??...I had a oil change done and it was checked and said it needed to be replaced. It was never replaced before.
