My 1998 T&C, runs well. But when heater is turned on, I hear a constant low hum.what is causing this?

I have a 1998 T&C chrysler.  2nd owner had 4 years. Still want to keep. Looks
perfect in and out.  When using heater, on any speed a hear a constant Low
humming sound on all speeds. What is causing this?
