Why do I have rough idle after coolant flush?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After flushing my coolant and replacing the upper and lower hoses I now have
rough idle problem on 2004 Escape V6.  Please help. I had to remove the
battery and tray to get better access to the hoses and then fill it with the gold
antifreeze.  Is there bubbles in the system? Or did I forget to connect a vacuum
hose?

It may be as simple as water / coolant making it under the rubber boot on one or more ignition modules or a lose electrical connection to one. This has happened multiple times as the seals on the units are poorly designed for the immense heat the 3.0 engine puts out .
