4x4 transmission

2006 dodge durango says service  4 wheel system. stuck in low and wont change how do i tell what transmission that i have,  last  5 digets of ser. no. are 84362 if that helps. thanks

Your problem is in the transfer case, not the transmission.

where do i find the switching motor on trans fer case. and can i reset this at the trans fer case?
