How do I get my money back or return car?

Went to Carsmart #1 in Savannah by cargurus brought paid
7100$ for a car that I had to spend another 500$ on 2 days
later... & now this week I'll have to spend another
300$-400$ on the car... car ran fine whn I purchased it had
test done bad engine coils bad brakes low oil pressure &
now transmission slipping what can be done if I purchased
car as is?

You are out of luck. As is means you bought it with no guarantees of any kind.

If all the problems you listed are true then the car could cost you as much to fix as it cost you to buy! I might walk away from it if the down payment was small.
