Can I make a copie of my original key to my 07 Dodge charger an use my new one I ordered off line its a transport or key with a chip?

My car key had broke its the one with
the small panic button on it lock an
trunk an its the only key I have so I
ordered a second key how do I get
that key programmed would I have to
go to a dealer or can I make a copies
of original key an it will work they sent
instructions with the key to me

Yes, you definitely have to go to the dealership so they can program the key to your ignition. My 2006 dodge was stolen, long story short...I had to pay for a new key and programming, which totaled to $360. The key was the expensive part, the programming was about $60-$85. Hope this helps!
